(KRON) — San Jose police officers successfully negotiated with an armed, barricaded subject Monday. Units are currently in the area of North 1st Street and East Rosemary Street.
A man believed to be “armed with a firearm” was refusing to exit, according to SJPD. In an update, officials said the suspect exited and was taken into custody without incident just before 1:30 p.m.
A firearm was located at the scene, SJPD said.
