(KRON) — The San Leandro Police Department is searching for a woman who went missing on Friday. Hongwei Yan, 68, has mental health-related ailments and is considered to be at-risk.
Yan was last seen near her home on the 1700 block of Clarke Street at about 7:15 a.m. Friday.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds. She has long, gray hair that she usually wears in a bun.
She is believed to be wearing a white T-shirt with colored flowers and black tennis shoes with white soles, police said. Over the shirt, she is potentially wearing either a blue Adidas jacket or a puffy white cardigan. Some of those items are pictured below with Yan wearing them.
Yan speaks Mandarin and may have Chinese currency on her.
